HCL Technologies, the 11.79 billion USD revenue Indian IT conglomerate, has announced hiring class 12th students for various IT roles as a part of its HCL TechBee early career program. Students can start their earnings right after school and will be placed for full-time jobs in HCL Technologies.
HCL Technologies has declared its TechBee program, as a part of which the Indian IT company will hire class XII (10+2) students for roles including Software Developer, Analyst, Design Engineer, Data Engineer, Support & Process Associate and will offer them full-time jobs. While working, candidates can also pursue their higher education with reputed and well-known institutes like BITS Pilani, SASTRA University, or Amity University.
The HCL TechBee program will enable students to
earn right after school and become independent. The candidates will earn a
stipend of Rs. 10000 during their internship period and a salary of Rs. 1.7 to
2.2 lacs per annum on starting their full-time job with HCL Tech.
HCL TechBee Program Key Highlights -
- Students enrolled in the HCL TechBee program will be
placed in HCL Technologies for a full-time job post-training.
- The HCL TechBee program includes classroom training
and internship with a stipend of Rs. 10000 a month during their internship
tenure.
- After successfully completing the internship, the
candidates will earn a salary of Rs. 1.7 to 2.2 Lakh per annum depending
on their job roles, including Software Developer, Analyst, Design
Engineer, Data Engineer, Support & Process Associate.
- Additionally, Candidates can pursue their higher
studies at well-known institutes like BITS Pilani, Amity, and SASTRA
University while working with HCL Technologies.
HCL TechBee program eligibility -
- The candidate must be a resident of India and has
successfully completed class XII board exams in 2021 or should be
appearing for boards in 2022.
- The candidate must have Maths or Business
Mathematics as a subject in Class XII.
