  • Apple acquires Credit Kudos.

Apple has announced to acquire the UK-based fintech firm Credit Kudos. Credit Kudos raised 5 million euros (6.5 million USD) in a funding round in April 2020. 


  • Google buys Mandiant

Google will take over cyber defense and response company Mandiant for 5.4 billion USD to offer an end-to-end security operations suite and advisory services from its Google Cloud. 


  • Snowflake acquires Streamlit

Data cloud firm Snokflake has taken over Streamlit for 800 million USD, allowing developers and data scientists to create apps using tools with simplified data access and governance. 


  • Cloudflare acquires Area 1 Security. 

Cloudflare has announced its plans to buy Area 1 Security for 126 million USD, and the deal will add email security to its portfolio. 


  • Intel to take over Tower Semiconductor

Intel will acquire Tower Semiconductor for nearly 5.4 billion USD to access more specialized products to benefit from the growing demand for semiconductors.

  • Google and Siemplify deal

Google has acquired Israel-based cybersecurity firm Siemplify for 500 million USD. Siemplify specializes in end-to-end security services for enterprises, typically referred to as security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) services.


  • Zoom acquires Liminal assets. 

Zoom has acquired assets of Liminal, a startup that offers event production solutions, as a part of enhancing the future of events.
